We are happy to accept returns on merchandise purchased in store that is new and unused, with original packaging, tags, and with proof of purchase.
What is Proof of Purchase?
A printed Living 360 Bike Shop receipt of the transaction containing items to be returned or exchanged.
With Proof of Purchase
Applies to merchandise & bicycles bought in-store (special orders, final sale & nutrition not included-see below).
Merchandise (Within 7 days): Credit card purchases will receive a refund back to the original card. Cash purchases over $200 will receive a refund by check after 10 business days.
Bicycles (Within 2 days): 20% restocking fee applied to returned bicycle(s) purchased in-store and if in new, unused condition and no damage to any parts of the bicycle.
Exchange for in-store items available for merchandise. Nutrition is not eligible for return.
Exchanges and returns not available after 7 days of purchase on merchandise and 2 days for bicycles. *Bontrager merchandise allows a 30 day return.
Without Proof of Purchase
Within 7 days on merchandise & 2 days on bicycles: Store credit will be issued on eligible items.
Special Orders, Final Sale Items & Nutrition
- Please note that most special order items cannot be returned under any circumstances. Those we do accept, at our discretion, are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
- Items marked for Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
- For your protection, no returns will be accepted on nutrition products
We are happy to provide customer support for warranty issues for any product we carry. Manufacturer's warranty polices apply. Returns policy pertains to new, unused merchandise only, with original packaging and tags. Please be aware process times may vary depending on the manufacturer/vendor.
Labor fees are not refundable.
Bikes left for service are subject to a $5/per day storage fee after 14 days. At 30 calendar days a bike is considered abandoned & can be sold to recover repair and storage costs.
